I had purchased a 20+ year old Omega Speedmaster Chronograph from a vendor on EBay (big mistake) and was not sure if the crystal was the correct material and needed a few links added to the bracelet. I was told by a third party that Alex was the best watch guy in town. Upon entering the store, I was warmly greeted by Gabriele and asked to speak with Alex. She informed me that he wasn’t in yet, but was on his way. She had told me that she just texted him and that he’d be there in a few minutes. Alex showed up about 3 minutes later and warmly greeted me as well . He immediately helped me and verified that the crystal was indeed made of sapphire, not hesalite. (cheaper material) He began searching high and low for extra links for the bracelet and after about 15 minutes of searching, he miraculously emerged from the back room with the two links already installed on my 20+ year old watch. When he quoted me the price for the links and the labor to put them on,, I was shocked as I expected to pay much more than that. I wish I had known about Alexanders Jewelry before the hassle of buying a watch from eBay in Japan and dealing with the logistical nightmare I experienced with DHL and US Customs. If there was a way to give Alex and Gabriele 10 stars, I definitely would have. They are honest, warm and kind beyond my expectations. Thank you so much to Gabriele and Alex for taking care of me. They have a customer for life!

I have nothing but positive things to say. Alexander Jewelers has taken care of all of my needs and then some. They were able to get me into a Daytona that I thoroughly enjoy and are always fair. I’ve never felt more peace of mind when making such a significant purchase. Thank you again !

The watch staff was super helpful in a quick spring bar replacement! Service was excellent and they also put my watch on a timegrapher to show its accuracy. While waiting I perused their nice watch offerings.

Alexander was outstanding and extremely knowledgeable. His non-pressure presentation and discussion regarding several Rolex watches that I looked at was reason that within 15 minutes I purchased based on his honesty and genuine care and compassion on quality timepieces. Adam the gentleman that sized my Rolex and completed the transaction was simply a pleasure to work with. His desire for customer satisfaction was remarkable. You can tell these gentlemen care about their customers and want to create lifelong relationships.

I cannot say enough positive about my experience at Alexander’s Jewelers, especially the exceptional service I received from Shane while making the most important purchase of my life. I bought a Tissot Chronograph Classic from them and the experience was perfect. I initially came in for that and a different watch in mind but they were out of stock. The special order process was quick and easy with Adam B, who helped me all throughout the process. He has amazing communication letting me know where the watch was throughout the process and up to pick up. I'd definitely recommend Alexander's Jewelers and Adam for your next watch, I had a wonderful experience.

I was looking for a specific watch—the Cartier Must 21—for my daughter’s 21st birthday, ideally made in 2004, the year she was born, since Cartier discontinued this model shortly after. Thanks to a friend’s recommendation, I found Alexander’s Jewelers. Alex went above and beyond—professional, trustworthy, and attentive—helping me find exactly what I was hoping for. My Dad and I came into Alexander's Jewelers from the recommendation of my daughter who recently purchased their wedding and engagement rings from Shane at Alexander's and since they had a wonderful experience with Shane, we visited him on our visit to Columbus. We have recently lost our beloved Mom last year and she had a piece of jewelry that my sister and I wanted to share between the two of us. Shane and I came up with a way to separate our Mother's ring into one for each of us to wear as a piece of our Mother to have with us every day. I cannot tell you how happy my heart was when I picked up these rings and how happy my Father was to be able to spread the love that our Mom had for us in a very cherished momentum and Shane made it spectacular and gave us a piece of our Mom to wear with us every day. My Dad also purchased a new wedding band for him to wear which shows his devotion to our Mother so we all left Alexander's Jewelers with such a wonderful feeling in our hearts that is so beyond words. Therefore, Shane will forever be cherished by our family and now we consider a wonderful extension of our family. In the future, whenever we need jewelry, Shane will be our first visit! His level of professionalism, courtesy and welcoming just warms the sole and has brought such joy to our family and you cannot put a price on that level of comfort and joy it has given all of us.
